1. Residence, curate and lecturer: The Revd: Jn: West my Curate who serves this Parish & Challacombe resides in ye Parsonage house his Salary is fifty pounds per annum & ye Surplice fees.

2. Other benefices: Answerd in ye Queries for Filleigh.

3. Divine service at other churches: Answerd in Queries for Filleigh.

4. Frequency of divine service: Divine Service is perform'd every Lords day & there is a Sermon as often.

5. Frequency of communion: The Sacrament of ye Lord's Supper is administred four times in ye year.

6. Catechising of children: The children are catechised on Sundays in ye afternoon during Summer.

7. Church fabric: The Church & Chancel are in good repair, ye Church yard well kept, & there are all things decent for Divine Service.

8. Glebe terrier: I have a Terrier of ye Glebe Lands &c.

9. Number of families: There are about 20 families in ye Parish.

10. Chapels: There is no Chapel.

11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: There are no reputed Papists or Dissenters of any denomination.

12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: There is <no> publick or other school nor any parochial Library.

13. Charity: There are two small estates given to pay ye Clerk & maintain ye Church in repair. I know of no misapplication.
